Description: This interactive series is designed to provide participants with shared language and understanding of how to move towards anti-racist practices and implementation in their personal and professional lives. Through a journey throughout history, participants will understand where racism comes from and how it affects our everyday lives regardless of who we are.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (2 days - 12 hours)

Description: This type of training includes topics such as cultural competency; inclusivity; bias awareness; anti-discrimination law; managing difficult conversations with diverse populations (including race/ethnicity, gender identity/expression); dealing with microaggressions, or unconscious biases, and more.

Wellness & Trauma (4 hours)

Description: This soul-searching workshop seeks to educate participants about the harmful effects of racism and provide a restorative space for participants to begin to heal from the trauma that racism has caused in their lives.

Cultural Competency (4 - 6 hours)

Description: This training empowers participants to embrace the importance of culture. Topics include: (a) the power of culture, (b) attitude towards cultural differences, (c) knowledge of different cultural practices and worldviews, and (d) cross-cultural skills.

Antiracism in the Workplace (2 days - 12 hours)

Description: This interacted training is designed for supervisors, directors, and others with supervisorial responsibilities to understand how racism and discrimination are maintained in the workplace through everyday policies and practices. This training empowers employers to dismantle these practices with concrete actions.

Marginalized Populations ( 2 days/ 12 hours)

Description: This training takes participants through a historical journey to identify marginalized and oppressed populations and the issues and trauma they face in American society.
